In the qualifier of PSL, Multan Sultans will be locking horns with Islamabad United yet again for a spot in the final of the 6th season of HBL PSL.

Islamabad United qualified very comfortably for the playoffs by dominating the entire league stage and are on a five match unbeaten streak while Multan Sultans after some hiccups managed to make it to the playoffs but none of that would matter when these two walk out in the qualifier of PSL for a spot in the final. Though the losing side of this game will get another opportunity to go to the final but we are pretty sure that none of the two sides would want to let things go till that stage.
Multan would require their skipper Mohammad Rizwan to go big in this game. He has been their top run getter with 470 runs at a strike rate of 131.28 and an average of 52.22. Shahnawaz Dhani has been the highest wicket taker in the tournament with 20 scalps at an average of 13.65.
Islamabad has been on a dream run in this leg of the tournament. Their openers Colin Munro and Usman Khawaja have been extraordinary and the team would like them to continue their outstanding run at the top of the order.The likes of Iftikhar Ahmed and Asif Ali have been brilliant too. Hasan Ali has been tremendous with 12 wickets at an average of 16.75.
