During the T20 World Cup Round 1, Scotland (3 Wins) & Namibia (2 Wins & 1 Loss) have had an impeccable streak owing to their cricketing performances that got them through to the Super 12 stage.
Scotland
They have had a great run in Round 1 Stage of T20 World Cup as they won all the three matches in their group where they did an upset on the very first day of the tournament by defeating Bangladesh. The first Super-12 match for them has been a match to forget and move on as they lost the game against Afghanistan by a margin of 130 runs. They would like to bounce back from that by winning the match against another associate nation in Namibia which should be the easiest opponent for Scotland in the group B in this edition of the T20 World Cup. Players to watch out for:- Richie Berrington and Josh Davey.
Namibia
Namibia would be a much relaxed side coming into this match as this is going to be their first match of this tournament in Super-12 round. They have already created history by qualifying into the main round and have exceeded every cricket fan's expectations regarding Namibia. They are going to be the team which will have least pressure of performance in the tournament which will help them to play fearless cricket and enjoy the sport but if they do wish to register a win in Super 12 stage then this would be their greatest opportunity to do so as this is the only game where they will be up against a fellow associate nation. Players to watch out for:- David Wiese and Gerhard Erasmus.

Pitch Report
The pitch at Abu Dhabi is a two-paced surface hence batsmen may find it difficult to play their shots. Batsmen will have to be patient as strike rotation is going to be the most important aspect in this match. To judge the pace of the ball becomes difficult here for the batsmen as some of the deliveries hold up while some come along with the expected pace. The pacers are most likely to get more wickets with the sort of help from the surface. The spinners will also get some assistance from the pitch and it would be a 145-155 runs track. The dew factor wouldn't play a huge role as there will be no or minimal dew.
Predictions
Even though Scotland had a terrible game against Afghanistan a couple of days ago, they will start as favourites to win this match against Namibia due to the experience and quality that Scotland has in ICC events compared to the team which qualified for the World Cup's main round for the very first time. The team winning the toss should opt to bowl first as it will be ideal here as chasing has proved out to be relatively easier on this pitch in the recent outings.
