A dejected India's campaign will come to a premature end after their 5th league match against Namibia which also happens to be the last league game of the Super 12 stage in ICC T20 World Cup 2021.
There was no coming back for India after the twin losses against Pakistan and New Zealand early in the tournament. They entered the tournament being one of the favourites to reach the knockouts but somehow found themselves out of contention sooner rather than later.
The talk of excess cricket, fatigue, scheduling and intent will be around as India hasn't qualified for the semis but for the players it will be yet another opportunity to represent the nation and apply their skills again in the manner they do the best.
All said, the Men in Blue know for themselves that they are one of the strongest sides in any format of the game and will look to end their journey on a high note in what is to be Virat Kohli's final game as India's T20I captain.
Namibia on the other hand, have nothing to lose and will go all guns blazing in an attempt to create history by beating the Indian side.
David Wiese with immense experience in his kitty will be their key man to guide the side if they want to push India on the backfoot. Ruben Trumplemann will be the one to watch out for with his left arm swinging deliveries against the Indian top order who have a troubled history against the same.
