Peshawar Zalmi are placed at the second spot in the points table and will lock horns with the table topper Lahore Qalandars, who won yesterday in a tremendous fashion with due credits to Rashid Khan's cameo that took them over the line.

Both the sides are evenly matched with a proper blend of experience and youth and are at the top two positions in the points table.
Qalandars's Mohammad Hafeez has been in the form of his life for sometime now. He has scored at an average in excess of 90 with a strike rate of 175 in this edition of the tournament thus far and is expected to play a crucial role yet again. The team would also require Fakhar Zaman to play a big knock. Ben Dunk is expected to be more consistent and not bat like yesterday where he left the Qalandars in a pretty nervy wracky position. Shaheen Shah Afridi has been very good and Rashid Khan's performances needs no introduction while Tim David also played a crucial knock yesterday under difficult circumstances.
Saqib Mahmood has been the best performer for Peshawar Zalmi so far. He has 12 scalps to his name with an economy rate of 7.98 in 5 games but he is unavailable which should be a setback for the Zalmi. The skipper Wahab needs to work on his economy rate of 9.50 in this edition of the PSL. Sherfane Rutherford has been their highest run getter with 129 runs in 6 games and at a strike rate of 151.76 with an average of 43 and the Zalmi would be requiring even more of him.
